Hi, I’m Hannah!

I’m a lifelong lover of stories, sensory play, and little explorers. I hold a Master’s degree in Elementary Education and spent 8 wonderful years teaching students from Pre-K all the way through 8th grade. Of everything I did in the classroom, read alouds were always my favorite part of the day. There’s nothing like watching a child’s face light up as a story comes to life.

When my daughter was born, I dove headfirst into the world of sensory play, and I was hooked. Watching her squish, splash, and explore showed me just how much learning happens through little hands. Now, as a mom to a curious 10-month-old, I get to combine everything I love: great books, hands-on play, and a good craft project (okay, a lot of craft projects).

Storybook Explorers grew out of that passion. My greatest joy is creating magical, messy, memory-making moments for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers — one story at a time.
